In order to send a backup via the internet you will need to follow the steps listed below:
- If you are a Sammy Network you will need to have all users exit the program properly with “File, Log-off exit” option except the computer you are sending the backup from.
- Click on Daily Do's.
- Click on Backup Options.
- Select the last option in the list that states Send backup via speedy internet to support.
- Click on Process*.
*Note: This is password protected. Backups can only be sent when requested by a Support Representative.
