Q: Medicare Eligibility is not working, when I click on the button nothing happens?

This usually happens because the program is running in the background and cannot be reopened. To resolve this, you will need to end the program in Windows Task Manager to close the program.
To get to Windows Task Manager:
1. On your Windows Task Bar, place your mouse on the Time and Right-click
2. Now Left-click on Task Manager
3. Left-click on the Applications tab.
4. Find ‘Syncheck’ and Left-click so that it is highlighted.
5. Left-click ‘End Task’, then ‘End Now’ and ‘Don’t Send’ when asked if you want to report the error.
6. Click the ‘X’ right hand corner of ‘Task Manager’ to close this window.
7. Now try Eligibility again.
This problem usually occurs due to a ‘double-click’ on the eligibility button (Eligibility is a Single-click).
