Need to get the following updates:

Billing Program
Medicare Universal Program
Patient claim History Program

You will then need to go to Claim Corrections and the procedure code needs to be

Re-entered. To do this type 00 in date filed of the procedure line.  This will remove

That claim line. Now re-enter the procedure code and hit enter.  The Result screen

Will then appear. Enter the appropriate response and reprocess the claim.
